Customers, professionals and companies can create free accounts; professionals and companies can publish a profile or company page; customers can create projects, invite professionals and companies, exchange messages and receive proposals in the Project Room.

FindBuild does not perform any work, employ professionals, or process payments, and it does not verify identity, licenses, insurance or the quality of work. Any agreement for work is made directly between the customer and the professional or company, who are responsible for holding the licenses and insurance their work requires.

Features described on the website as “planned” or “coming soon” are not yet available. Our plans may change, and we do not guarantee that any planned feature will be released, or when.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Use one account per person or business. Creating an account is free and does not guarantee work opportunities, hiring, or any particular result. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the website.

4a. Photos and content you upload

You may upload only photos of real work you completed, that you own or have permission to publish, and that do not show people who have not agreed to appear. You keep ownership of your content. By making content public on FindBuild, you allow FindBuild to display it on the website for the purpose of showing your profile. You can remove it at any time. We may remove content that is false, infringing, or inappropriate.

5. Information you provide

You agree that the information in your profile is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Profile information is shown as declared by you; FindBuild does not verify it at this stage. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

6. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else's information, or create accounts for other people without permission;
